Hi. I’m Lindsay.
A physical therapist and intuitive bodyworker blending evidence-based care with grounded, attuned healing.
I’ve been working with bodies for over twenty years — first as a dancer, then as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and now as someone who deeply believes that the body always tells the truth, even when we don’t have the language for it.
My work is a blend of whole-body physical therapy, fascia-focused bodywork, lymphatic techniques, movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation. Everything I do is rooted in a simple belief:
Healing happens when we slow down enough to listen.
My approach is collaborative and whole-body. You know your body best. My role is to help you understand the messages it’s sending, and together, create a plan that feels grounded, personalized, and aligned with what your body needs.
I believe care should feel human — clear, caring, and deeply supportive. That’s the experience I aim to offer every person I work with.
My Philosophy
Healing isn’t about forcing the body into alignment or trying to “fix” what’s wrong. It’s about giving your system the conditions it needs to feel supported enough to release, recalibrate, and reconnect.
I believe in:
slowing down enough to hear what’s underneath the symptoms
meeting the whole body, not just the places that hurt
working with the nervous system, not against it
honoring both science and the intuitive cues we often overlook
following the body instead of pushing it
The most meaningful shifts — physically, emotionally, energetically — happen when evidence-based care meets intuitive healing.
Why I Do This Work
I’m drawn to the moment when someone finally feels seen, understood, and at ease in their own body — sometimes for the first time in years.
I know what it feels like to move through stress, transition, motherhood, burnout, and the slow work of finding your way back home to yourself. And I know how powerful a single grounded session can be.
Supporting people through those moments — with steadiness, clarity, and compassionate touch — is one of the greatest privileges of my life.

Who I Work With
I’m a good fit for people who are:
feeling out of sync and wanting to feel grounded again
seeking lymphatic support for swelling, sluggishness, inflammation, or reset
carrying tension or pain that doesn’t feel purely “physical”
overwhelmed by stress, burnout, or transitions
craving a practitioner who sees the whole person — not just the symptom
desiring care that’s gentle, attuned, and deeply respectful of the body
ready for healing that feels collaborative, not prescriptive
If you’re looking for someone to listen, to truly see you, and to meet your body with intelligence and compassion — that’s where I do my best work.
A Little More
I live in a magical forest in Chapel Hill with my husband and our two girls, who teach me more about nervous systems, embodiment, and emotional intelligence than any textbook ever could.
I love design, cozy mornings, candles, and curating a good vibe. I dive into soul-spilling conversations within minutes of meeting someone. My grandmother is one of my spirit guides — she loved a party — and she inspires the warmth I bring to my work.
If You’re Still Reading
Here’s what I want you to know:
You don’t have to push through.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Your body is not broken — it’s communicating.
And if you’re ready, I’m here to help you reconnect with the truth of what it’s saying.
